Terms of Use

1. What this is. RepoLens ("the Site") is a personal website operated by Kokone ("the Owner") that displays public information about the Owner's GitHub repositories.

2. Acceptance. By selecting "Accept" on the entry gate or by continuing to use the Site, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer, and the Third-Party Notices. If you decline, simply don't use the Site — the gate even gives you a polite exit link.

3. Permitted use. You may browse the Site and follow its links for any lawful personal purpose. You may not: (a) attempt to disrupt, overload, or probe the Site or its infrastructure; (b) scrape it at abusive volume (the public GitHub API exists — use that instead); (c) submit bug reports containing unlawful, malicious, or deliberately misleading content; (d) misrepresent the Site or its data as your own.

4. Content & accuracy. Repository data is fetched from GitHub and cached; it can be stale, incomplete, or wrong (see the Disclaimer). Links lead to third-party services (GitHub, YouTube, etc.) governed by their own terms.

5. Intellectual property. The Site's code, design, and original text are proprietary (All Rights Reserved). Repository metadata belongs to its respective sources. Nothing here grants you a license to the Owner's software projects — those carry their own licenses on GitHub.

6. Bug reports. Submitting a report grants the Owner a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the submitted content to investigate and fix issues. Don't include personal data or secrets in reports.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the Site: zero.

8. Changes. Terms may change; the entry gate re-appears when they do (version-gated consent). Continued use after acceptance of a new version constitutes agreement.

9. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes belong to the competent courts of Vietnam.
